All prices are per apartment and night, including electricity, water, heating, taxes and duties.

The apartments are available after 3 pm. The apartments must be vacated by 10.00 am on departure day.
On request: weekly cleaning (30,- euro)
Please confirm your booking, the quickest and easiest way is
ba e-mail or fax, and at the same time make a deposit of
250,- Euro by bank transfer.
For cancellations up to 6 weeks before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus 25,- euro costs. After this date we are not able to refund the deposit. For a cancellation 3 weeks before arrival that cannot be rented out afterwards, there is a charge of 50% of the cost. For a cancellation 1 week before arrival that cannot be rented out afterwards, you will be charged 100% of the costs. For late arrivals and early departures you will be charged for the length of stay booked. It is advisable to take out insurance.
All guests of our apartments receive a discount of 20% on
greenfee´s at the Golf Club Lana "Gutshof Brandis" (max. 1 Green fee, 18 holes, per day and person)
