General Information

Prices:  All prices are per apartment and night, including electricity, water, heating, taxes and duties. Additional 1,90 € Tourist-Tax per day and person.

Dogs:   Only on inquiry. Rate per day 20.- €

Arrival:   The apartments are available after 3 pm. The apartments must be vacated by 10.00 am on departure day.

Breakfast:   On request at the Golfrestaurant from 19,- Euro per Person.

Cleaning:  Weekly cleaning on demand 35,- €

You want to book:   Please confirm your booking, the quickest and easiest way is ba E-Mail  and at the same time make a deposit payment of 300,- Euro per week by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard accepted).

Duration of stay: on request shorter stay is possible

Spring: 19.03. - 12.06. three nights                     Summer: 10.06. - 30.07.  two nights                                

Summer/Autumn:  1.8. - 02.11. five nights     Late Autumn:  03.11. - 19.12.  two nights      

Christmass:  19.12. -  9.1.   one week                        

Cancelation policy:   For cancellations up to 8 weeks before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus 25,- euro costs. After this date we are not able to refund the deposit. For a cancellation 6 to 4  weeks before arrivals there is a charge of 50% of the total costs. For a cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival you will be charged 100% of the costs. For late arrivals and early departures you will be charged for the length of stay booked. It is advisable to take out insurance.

All apartments are  NON SMOKING 

All guests of our apartments receive a discount of 20% on greenfee´s at the Golf Club Lana "Gutshof Brandis" (max. 1 Green fee, 18 holes, per day and person)
